It’s Just Me.
Chiropractic, practiced with precision, perspective, and respect for the body’s intelligence.
I’m Dr. Chad Rohlfsen.
I’ve been practicing chiropractic for nearly three decades, grounded in objective structural analysis and traditional hands-on Gonstead chiropractic care. My work is precise, intentional, and focused on reducing interference within the nervous system so the body can do what it is already designed to do.
While I provide traditional chiropractic adjustments, my approach extends beyond technique alone. I place a strong emphasis on listening—listening to the spine, the nervous system, and the individual in front of me. Health is not something I impose. It’s something I help uncover.
Health is not something I impose.
It’s something I help uncover.
I didn’t always plan on becoming a chiropractor.
Growing up, people often commented on the quiet confidence and effectiveness of my father’s hands—he was a respected chiropractor himself. Ironically, that familiarity initially pushed me away from the profession. I imagined a small office, repetitive complaints, and a narrow definition of health.
What I eventually discovered was something very different.
Chiropractic is not about chasing pain.
It’s about restoring expression.
Chiropractic is not about chasing pain. It’s about restoring expression. It’s about removing interference so individuals can experience a fuller, more adaptable expression of life. Witnessing that transformation—again and again—is what ultimately drew me in and continues to keep me engaged.
My philosophy is simple.
I believe healing does not come from the outside in.
The foundation of healing already exists within the patient. When growth is restricted—whether structurally, neurologically, or adaptively—recovery stalls and problems repeat. My role is not to “fix” people, but to help remove what’s in the way.
Temporary relief has its place. But lasting change requires awareness, responsibility, and a willingness to participate in one’s own health.
That philosophy guides everything I do in the office.
In addition to my clinical work, I share reflections, observations, and ideas publicly through my writing and Instagram content. What began as a way to think out loud has grown organically into a community of over 25,000 people engaging with conversations around chiropractic, nervous system organization, tone, awareness, and health beyond symptom management.
That public work is not separate from my practice—it’s an extension of it.
The same principles that guide my hands-on care guide the conversations I share openly: less force, more listening; less explanation, more awareness.
This approach isn’t for everyone.
If you’re looking for quick fixes or someone to manage your health for you, this may not be the right fit. But if you’re curious about chiropractic that respects the body’s intelligence and your role in the process, you’ll likely feel at home here.
When the timing feels right, I look forward to meeting you.
Much of this philosophy is also shared publicly through my writing and ongoing conversations online
